Stop and frisk parolees, not random people - SFGate ~~ My Grandsons,where stopped & frisked,with no probable cause.Sat.6/28~ at 8:00am,by San Francisco Police,in San Mateo County on airport blvd,the police worked at,or where coming from SF Airport~~My grandsons live in San Mateo County.They where walking to the bus stop,in San Mateo County,they do not dress like they belong to any group or organization~these officers where out of their Jurisdiction,why did they unlawfully profile & detain my grandsons.The fourth Amendment protects us against unreasonable search and seizures,why are police allowed to break the law? Since when has suspicion been a reason to stop & frisk.As Americans we have a right for equal protection under the law. We are being stripped of our civil rights.(Suspicion 4being a Latino) ??? or any shade of Brown ?????
