The report and follow-up hearings have shown that the bank has knowingly violated many criminal laws. Individuals convicted of similar violations are now in jail — with sentences of up to 40 years. The only case that comes close to matching the range of crimes that HSBC committed is the Bank of Credit and Commerce International — the “bank of crooks and criminals,” which I investigated back in the late 1980s. It was closed and its leadership was prosecuted. HSBC deserves the same treatment.

When you see the video of the woman who died because of the abuse of her ex-husband and Judge Kevin Cronin, you will croak. She was revived, but the abuse by this family court judge is off the Richter Scale.
This woman had her back broken and more by her ex, yet Judge Kevin Cronin took her children away, jailed her for buying a pack of cigarettes, and ordered her to pay $1,300 per month in child support when she is disabled and has $72 a month in total income. When she couldn't pay, he jailed her...again and again and again.

At 7.30am, on June 5, 1967, 200 Israeli fighter jets took off in a massivesurprise attack, neutralising Egypt's air force before advancing ground troops to occupy Sinai, Golan Heights and the West Bank.
Drumming up the pilots, Israeli Air Force Commander Mott Hod proclaimed: "The spirit of Israel's heroes accompany us to battle... From Joshua Bin-Nun, King David and Maccabees... scatter him [the enemy] throughout the desert..."
It was the official Israeli declaration of war, but I will debunk its version of events -

Who We Are
Who We Are~`We come together as a foundation, believing that in unity there is strength, each bringing a set of experiences and convictions with respect to the phenomenon of wrongful convictions bound together in a common cause inspired by the namesake of our foundation. We believe we are a viable mix of individuals some of whom have toiled in various facets of the criminal justice system while others have endured the harassment and pain of police and prosecutorial misconduct as family members of those targeted, and still others having been the targets. We recognize the difficulty of the tasks before us, but we are encouraged by the rapidly increasing number of exonerations and accompanying heightened public awareness, not only in New York State, but also throughout the nation.
This foundation brings to the table a unique perspective, one capable of comprehensively dealing with the causes and necessary remedies for wrongful convictions because its familiarity with the subject is more than skin deep. We recognize and we are further encouraged by the good works and achievements of the mushrooming network of innocence projects, the overwhelming majority of which rely upon DNA testing advancements in their laudable achievements with hundreds of successes across the country. We, however, intend not only to avail ourselves of such technology, but also to pursue all available avenues of exposure and relief in pursuit of justice.
Given the fact that approximately only 10% of all cases of wrongful conviction involve preserved DNA material, it is obvious to us that there is a vast reservoir of unserved wrongfully convicted and incarcerated actually innocent individuals. While we welcome DNA testable evidence whenever it is available, we intend the following:

District Attorneys - Sometimes the problem is District attorneys refusing to prosecute because the police haven't filed reports. Sometimes the problem is DA's refusing to prosecute family law attorneys who steal from clients; and sometimes the problem is DA's sexually harassing their own employees. (Hel-lo Oregon!) But on the other hand, we should also remember how City Attorneys foster ongoing child endangerment.

Stop and frisk parolees, not random people - SFGate ~~ My Grandsons,where stopped & frisked,with no probable cause.Sat.6/28~ at 8:00am,by San Francisco Police,in San Mateo County on airport blvd,the police worked at,or where coming from SF Airport~~My grandsons live in San Mateo County.They where walking to the bus stop,in San Mateo County,they do not dress like they belong to any group or organization~these officers where out of their Jurisdiction,why did they unlawfully profile & detain my grandsons.The fourth Amendment protects us against unreasonable search and seizures,why are police allowed to break the law? Since when has suspicion been a reason to stop & frisk.As Americans we have a right for equal protection under the law. We are being stripped of our civil rights.(Suspicion 4being a Latino) ??? or any shade of Brown ?????
